Key Responsibilities
- Install residential and light commercial HVAC systems
- Complete installations safely, efficiently, and to company standards
- Work with heating, cooling, and ventilation equipment
- Use testing tools and equipment to ensure system performance
- Deliver a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction
- Maintain clean, organized, and accurate job documentation
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of HVAC installation experience
- Valid driver's license with insurable driving record
- Strong understanding of HVAC installation practices and safety standards
- EPA Certification preferred
- Experience using hand tools, power tools, and testing equipment
- Detail-oriented with strong workmanship standards
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in indoor and outdoor conditions
