Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A contract opportunity is available for Occupational Therapists specializing in school-based services, focusing on preschool early intervention. This role offers itinerant service delivery across Carbon and Lehigh Counties in Pennsylvania, with a schedule of 35 hours per week. Candidates should be prepared to work with children from Pre-K through 12th grade, demonstrating flexibility in caseload assignments that may evolve throughout the school year.

Location:

  • Positions primarily serve Carbon County or Lehigh County.
  • The main administrative office is located in Schnecksville, PA; however, service locations may vary.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide itinerant occupational therapy services to preschool early intervention clients.
  • Adapt to school-age caseloads during the school year as needed.
  • Collaborate with educational teams to support student developmental goals.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and comply with program requirements.
  • Deliver in-person therapy services according to the Early Intervention calendar and school year schedule.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Active Pennsylvania OT licensure.
  • Current NBCOT certification.
  • Valid Pennsylvania Professional Practice Identification (PPID) number.
  • Experience with preschool early intervention and school-based occupational therapy services preferred.
  • Ability to provide in-person services exclusively.
  • Flexibility to work across multiple locations within the designated counties.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
