iCAN Staffing Agency is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a Long-Term Care (LTC) facility on a contract assignment. This is an 11-week contract. Ideal for local LPNs looking for weekly competitive hourly rate. Start date is ASAP
Shift Info:
- Weekly Hours: 40 hours
- Contract Length: 11 weeks
- Shift: Evening Shift
2:00 PM – 10:30 PM - Location: Jourdain Perpich Extended Care Center*
- Requirement: **MIX OF AMS and PMS - Mix of 8 hrs, 12 hrs**
Would be able to doubles if interested
RN Preferred
Responsibilities:
- Care for ill, injured, or convalescing patients
- Provide basic patient care and treatment
- Collaborate with registered nurses to administer prescribed medications
- Educate and update patients on medical treatments
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in LTC nursing
- Ability to build rapport with patients
- Compassionate and caring demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- At least 1 years experience in area of specialty
