The Clinical Trial Manager will support the Clinical Operation Team in the planning, execution, and management of clinical trials across all phases. This role involves direct liaison with cross-functional teams, investigational sites, CROs, and other vendors to manage trial operational tasks. The Clinical Trial Manager is responsible for adherence to study timelines, compliance with regulatory and GCP requirements, trial oversight, proactive issue resolution, tracking study progress, ensuring high-quality records management, and assisting with the review and coordination of clinical study plans in compliance with regulatory requirements, SOPs, and study timelines.
Responsibilities
- Support Clinical Operation Team in trial planning and execution.
- Liaise with cross-functional teams, investigational sites, CROs, and vendors.
- Ensure adherence to study timelines and compliance with regulatory and GCP requirements.
- Oversee trial operations and resolve issues proactively.
- Track and log study progress and maintain high-quality records.
- Assist with the review and coordination of clinical study plans.
Essential Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in a life science or healthcare-related field.
- Minimum of 6 years in a Sr. CTA or CTM role in the biopharmaceutical industry.
- Oncology/solid tumor experience strongly preferred.
- Experience with cloud-based systems, clinical trial management software platforms, and TMF management systems.
- Strong understanding of GCP, ICH, and clinical research regulations and clinical trial processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication, organizational, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in a small biotech or startup environment.
- Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities.
- Works independently with minimal supervision, escalates only major and critical issues.
Work Environment
The position starts as fully remote, transitioning to a hybrid role as the US operations expand, with an office expected to open around Boston by summer of 2026. Candidates need to be local to MA.

This is a Permanent position based out of Boston, MA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $115000.00 - $140000.00/yr.
