Global Guardian – Account Representative (Intern)
The ideal candidate will be able to support the Global Guardian Account Management Team in appropriately identifying and actioning the needs of both new and current customers to ensure the highest quality end-user experience. This will be done by developing a working level of knowledge on product offerings and internal data tools, communicating with clients to mitigate issues and conduct routine updates, and performing critical internal data entry tasks.
Responsibilities
- Support Account Management team in execution of daily tasks to ensure the highest quality customer experience
- Maintain relationships with customers to better achieve their needs, troubleshoot concerns, and help perform annual account updates
- Meet regularly with Account Management team to advance strategic initiatives
- Data entry and accuracy verification within Microsoft Office platforms, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, and other internal systems
- Manage upkeep on reporting data for customers' accounts
- Update slide decks for customer meetings
Qualifications
- Recent college graduates or rising college seniors in pursuit of a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (Preferred Areas of Study: Business, Criminology, National Security, International Affairs, Foreign Languages, etc.)
- Articulate and well accustomed to a client-facing role
- Highly motivated and organized, ability to meet deadlines in a timely manner
- Superb communication skills and attention to detail
- Work well both independently and in a team setting
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Accountable, personable, and hyperresponsive
- Has an entrepreneurial mindset excited by implementing creative problem-solving
Position Type and Schedule
- Spring semester (January - May 2026)
- Paid internship - $15 hourly rate
- Located in McLean, VA
