Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
This full-time Speech-Language Pathologist role is available for the 20262027 school year, serving students in grades K12 in Greenwood, IN. The position offers an opportunity to support a diverse student population with a range of speech and language needs, including early childhood and pediatric cases. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide speech-language therapy services to students in early childhood through elementary and secondary levels
- Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for pediatric clients with communication disorders
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
- Document and maintain accurate records of therapy sessions and student evaluations
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to educational goal setting
Required Qualifications:
- Valid SLP certification with pediatric experience
- Expertise in early childhood and elementary school speech-language disorders
- Ability to manage varied caseloads with students presenting moderate to profound communication challenges
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
