Job DescriptionWe are seeking a detail-oriented and professional HR Administrative Assistant to join our team in a temp-to-permanent capacity. This role is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills, excellent customer service abilities, and experience in administrative support within a fast-paced HR environment.
Schedule & Work Environment
• Onsite position (Monday–Friday)
• Hours: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• Dress Code: Business casual with a professional appearance
Key Responsibilities
• Serve as the first point of contact in the HR lobby, providing excellent customer service
• Coordinate and manage pre-employment processes, including:
oDrug testing and fingerprinting appointments
oScheduling candidate appointments
• Maintain and organize employee files and documentation
• Assist with new hire reporting and onboarding support
• Manage office supplies and inventory
• Perform data entry and generate reports using Excel and MS Office tools
• Provide general administrative support to the HR team
Qualifications
• Associate degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office Suite
• Excellent communication and interpersonal (CSR) skills
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a professional office setting
Additional Information
• Training will be provided on all internal systems
