Join our team as an Electronic Assembler on the 2nd shift, working Monday through Friday from 3 PM to 11:30 PM. Initial training will occur on the 1st shift for two weeks, from 6:30 AM to 3 PM.
Responsibilities
- Assemble PC Boards, units, and sub-assemblies using wiring diagrams, drawings/sketches, schematics, and standard manufacturing procedures.
- Position and align parts in specified relationships using jigs, fixtures, or other holding devices.
- Mount assembled components such as transformers, resistors, transistors, capacitors, integrated circuits, and sockets on chassis panels.
- Install finished assemblies or subassemblies in cases and cabinets.
- Perform on-line go-not-go testing and inspection using magnifying devices, measuring instruments, and electronic test equipment to ensure parts and assemblies meet production specifications and standards.
- Execute multiple assigned manufacturing duties by following specific blueprints and other documented work instructions, including soldering and simple mechanical assembly.
- Operate multiple equipment following specific procedure documentation, encompassing a wide range of assembly techniques and technologies.
- Cross-train in other related assembly areas as production demand requires.
- Maintain a neat and orderly workstation and demonstrate proper use and care of company tools and materials.
- Interface with engineers, technicians, and other manufacturing personnel as necessary to complete assemblies.
- Adapt to working in different assembly areas as needed.
Essential Skills
- Good hand-eye coordination.
- Ability to read procedures and prints.
- Ability to complete and pass a week-long solder class.
- Valid driver's license.
- Ability to understand directions in written, oral, and diagram form.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- No certifications required.
- Candidates will use schematics but do not need previous experience with them.

Work Environment
Our manufacturing environment is open and can be moderately noisy, especially when the saw is running. The work is fast-paced, with new procedures frequently implemented, so adaptability is key. Employees are required to stand as needed and will lift 10-25 lbs frequently, with occasional lifts up to 50 lbs. The dress code includes company-provided t-shirts, pants without holes, and steel-toe boots.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
