Pet Vet is a privately owned, three-doctor small animal practice in the Old Village district of Mount Pleasant, SC. We are looking to add a full-time Veterinary Receptionist to our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with owners and pets alike in a well-staffed, collaborative practice.

What You’ll Do

  • Maintain a multiline phone system answering questions and scheduling appointments
  • Check patients in and out
  • Educate clients on general preventative medicine and nutrition
  • Record appropriate information in patients’ records

What We’re Looking For

  • Two or more years of veterinary receptionist experience preferred
  • Cornerstone experience a plus but not required
  • Solid organizational and problem solving skills
  • Strong communication skills and a team-first mindset

Schedule

  • Monday–Thursday: 8am–6pm
  • Friday: 8am–5pm
  • Rotating Saturdays: 8am–12pm
  • Closed every Sunday
  • One consistent weekday off each week

Compensation

  • $18-20/hr based on experience
