We are looking to add a full-time Veterinary Receptionist to our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with owners and pets alike in a well-staffed, collaborative practice.

What You’ll Do
- Maintain a multiline phone system answering questions and scheduling appointments
- Check patients in and out
- Educate clients on general preventative medicine and nutrition
- Record appropriate information in patients’ records
What We’re Looking For
- Two or more years of veterinary receptionist experience preferred
- Cornerstone experience a plus but not required
- Solid organizational and problem solving skills
- Strong communication skills and a team-first mindset
Schedule
- Monday–Thursday: 8am–6pm
- Friday: 8am–5pm
- Rotating Saturdays: 8am–12pm
- Closed every Sunday
- One consistent weekday off each week
Compensation
- $18-20/hr based on experience
