Business Development & Customer Acquisition Associate

What you’ll be doing:
- Engage directly with customers in field, event, and community settings
- Represent national brands through direct, face-to-face acquisition
- Generate interest, build trust, and convert conversations into customers
- Learn advanced communication, persuasion, and closing strategies
- Execute daily performance targets in a fast-paced, competitive environment
- Work closely with leadership in real-time coaching and development sessions
