Day to Day
<ul>
<li>
Conduct assessments and write individualized treatment plans via telehealth
</li>
<li>
Supervise and train RBTs through live video sessions
</li>
<li>
Analyze session data and update programs on a regular basis
</li>
<li>
Lead parent and caregiver training sessions online
</li>
<li>
Keep documentation and authorizations current for funders
</li>
</ul>
Must Haves
<ul>
<li>
Active BCBA certification in good standing
</li>
<li>
Iowa licensure or willingness to obtain it
</li>
<li>
Experience with FBAs, treatment planning and RBT supervision
</li>
<li>
Comfortable with telehealth platforms and data collection software
</li>
<li>
Strong communication and organization skills
</li>
