• Location: Mountain Home, Idaho (Zip: 83647) – Idaho nursing jobs\n
• Healthcare Setting: Critical Access Hospital, Emergency Department\n
• Contract Duration: 13-week travel nurse assignment (Start: 12/15/2025 – End: 3/16/2026)\n
• Shift: 12-hour night shifts (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM), 3 shifts/week\n
• Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours/week\n
• Estimated Weekly Salary Range: $1,780 - $1,910\n
• Unit Details: 10 beds, 2 trauma bays\n
• Charting System: EpicCare Inpatient EMR\n
• Dress Code: Any color scrubs\n

\n\nRegistered Nurse Qualifications\n

\n
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license\n
• Minimum 1 year of recent Emergency Room nursing experience (2 years preferred)\n
• Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC\n
• Ability to triage patients and manage a nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:4\n
• Experience caring for pediatric and adult populations\n
• Familiarity with Epic EMR preferred\n
• Availability to work weekends and holidays as needed\n
• Must reside outside a 50-mile radius from facility\n

\n\nEmergency Room Nurse Responsibilities\n

\n
• Provide emergency nursing care to pediatric and adult patients\n
• Perform triage and prioritize patient care in a fast-paced ER environment\n
• Administer ER medications and drips, including procedural sedation\n
• Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers (APPs), and other healthcare professionals\n
• Stabilize and prepare patients for transfer in cases of STEMI, stroke, and trauma\n
• Document and track patient care using Epic EMR\n
• Participate in department orientation and ongoing clinical training\n
• Maintain a safe, therapeutic environment, working with sitters and security as needed\n
