Talent Acquisition Associate
Join a leading pet care company's Talent Acquisition Team, supporting factory roles nationwide. Based in St. Louis, MO HQ, this role offers remote flexibility! Local candidates enjoy a hybrid schedule (M-TH onsite, remote Friday).
As a Talent Acquisition Associate, you'll partner with hiring managers to execute recruitment strategies, delivering exceptional service to both managers and candidates.
Responsibilities:

Develop/execute sourcing and recruiting strategies.

Conduct resume screening, phone interviews, and participate in the full recruitment cycle.

Recruit via databases, internet, referrals, networking, job boards, and social media.

Provide excellent customer service to candidates and hiring teams.

Use data to inform recruiting strategies and build talent pipelines.

Ensure OFCCP/EEOC compliance.

Participate in projects as needed.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree and 1+ year recruiting/sourcing OR High School Diploma and 5+ years recruiting/sourcing.
Preferred:
-
1+ year recruiting (assessment/interviewing) or sourcing.
-
1+ year conducting business/competitive intelligence research.
Pay Details: $20.00 to $29.86 per hour
