Employment Type: Full-Time | Local W-2 Contract
Pay Range:$40/hr - $45/hr
Blazer Jobs is seeking a passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a supportive school team in Land O Lakes, FL. This is a rewarding opportunity for an SLP who is dedicated to helping students improve communication, language, and overall academic success.
Position Overview:
The SLP will provide direct therapy and evaluations for students across grade levels, working closely with teachers, staff, and families to meet Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals. This role is perfect for professionals who enjoy collaborative work environments and making a direct impact on student growth.
Key Responsibilities:

Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals

Provide therapy in both 1:1 and group settings

Support students who require augmentative and alternative communication (AAC)

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including teachers and parents, to ensure student progress

Maintain thorough records and documentation in compliance with Florida education standards
Qualifications:

Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology

Active Florida SLP license (or eligibility)

ASHA CCC-SLP preferred; CFs welcome to apply

School-based experience is a plus

Strong communication and organizational skills
