As a School SLP with ProCare Therapy, you'll have the opportunity to work with a diverse group of students, helping them overcome speech and language challenges. You will collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to create and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) that support each student's unique needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments to identify students' speech and language needs.
• Develop and implement effective therapy plans.
• Monitor and document students' progress.
• Provide support and training to teachers and staff.
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of educational goals.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Valid state licensure or ability to obtain licensure in Virginia.
• ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) preferred.
• Previous school-based experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
