Are you someone who likes to work with your hands, stay active, and see the results of your hard work every day? Join our client’s team in Maple Grove, MN, a global leader in precision technology, as a Material Handler!

In this role, you’ll be part of the team that preps, crates, and ships high-precision measuring machines and accessories to customers worldwide. Every day brings something different, from assembling large wooden crates to operating forklifts and power tools.

Pay: $20-$21/hour

1st shift: 6am-2:30pm or 7am-3:30pm

Contract assignment through November, with potential for extension

What You’ll Do

  • Pick, pack, and process machine shipments accurately and on time
  • Build large wooden crates using cordless drills and hand tools
  • Load and unload a variety of truck trailers (forklift use preferred but not required)
  • Keep your work area clean, safe, and organized
  • Communicate with supervisors, teammates, and carriers to keep things running smoothly

What You’ll Bring

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to lift up to 75 lbs (team lifts encouraged)
  • Reliable, safety-conscious, and detail-oriented
  • Previous forklift experience preferred
  • Comfortable working with power tools (cordless drill, saws, etc.)

Work Environment

  • Hands-on, physical work in a large shipping area
  • Team-oriented and fast-paced
  • Steel-toe shoes required, and gloves will be provided
