In this role, you’ll be part of the team that preps, crates, and ships high-precision measuring machines and accessories to customers worldwide. Every day brings something different, from assembling large wooden crates to operating forklifts and power tools.
Pay: $20-$21/hour
1st shift: 6am-2:30pm or 7am-3:30pm
Contract assignment through November, with potential for extension
What You’ll Do
- Pick, pack, and process machine shipments accurately and on time
- Build large wooden crates using cordless drills and hand tools
- Load and unload a variety of truck trailers (forklift use preferred but not required)
- Keep your work area clean, safe, and organized
- Communicate with supervisors, teammates, and carriers to keep things running smoothly
What You’ll Bring
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs (team lifts encouraged)
- Reliable, safety-conscious, and detail-oriented
- Previous forklift experience preferred
- Comfortable working with power tools (cordless drill, saws, etc.)
Work Environment
- Hands-on, physical work in a large shipping area
- Team-oriented and fast-paced
- Steel-toe shoes required, and gloves will be provided
