POSITION SUMMARY

The Channel Marketing Coordinator will assist in executing the Marketing and Sales strategy, plans, and tactics for the company’s products and services to meet company objectives in the Central & South America Region (Retail and Foodservice channels).


ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Assists in the planning and implementation of consumer advertising and promotional activities for C&SA, including digital, traditional, out-of-home consumer and B2B communication.
  • Manage agencies and cross-functional collaborations to deliver compelling creative, social media, and brand communications.
  • Manages the specific and global portfolio for Central & South America, including NPD processes, product launches, rationalization exercises, and related initiatives.
  • Executes packaging and marketing materials development, including labels, carton design, consumer communication artwork, and other collateral through internal systems and external agencies.
  • Develop impactful marketing and trade materials, supporting distributor and retailer programs.
  • Analyze market trends and competitive activity to guide strategic decisions.
  • Collaborates with partners to ensure timely development and completion of key social media deliverables, including monthly posting calendars, creative content, and performance reports.
  • Ensures that brand communication tactics and messaging remain consistent with the company’s brand essence.
  • Processes marketing invoicing, credit notes, and payments for promotional activities.
  • Provides support to the General Manager and Region Managers for sales presentations, samples, sell sheets, point-of-purchase materials, in-store demonstrations, recipe books, and cards.
  • Travel periodically to Central & South American markets to collaborate with regional and international teams.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
  • 3+ years of marketing experience
  • Experience working independently and communicate with cross-functional teams including Zone Marketing, Sales, Accounts & Finance, Innovation & Quality, and Management Team to achieve goals.
  • Strong communication, analytical thinking, and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish required; in addition - Chinese and/or Portuguese is a plus.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable thriving in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Knowledge and experience in SAP is a plus
  • Consumer goods experience is a plus.
