Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or Education, active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification, and a minimum 1+ years BCBA experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A contract opportunity is available for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support educational programs in Baltimore, MD. This role focuses on delivering applied behavior analysis services within a school environment, contributing to the development and implementation of individualized behavior intervention plans that promote student success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments to identify target behaviors
- Develop and implement customized behavior intervention plans for students
- Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support positive behavioral outcomes
- Monitor data collection and analyze progress to adjust interventions as necessary
- Provide training and guidance to school staff on behavior management techniques
- Maintain compliance with ethical and professional standards
Desired Qualifications and Experience:
- BCBA certification is required
- Experience working within educational settings preferred
- Strong knowledge of behavior analysis principles and data-driven decision making
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams
