Qualifications:

Responsibilities:
- Assist with classroom instruction, supporting lead teachers in daily lessons and activities
- Provide individualized or small group assistance to students who need extra support
- Help implement behavior management strategies
- Contribute to the preparation of classroom materials and resources
- Supervise students in various settings, including classroom, hallways, lunchroom, or playground
- Support students with varying abilities to promote engagement and learning
- Foster a safe, positive, and respectful classroom climate
