Job DescriptionWe are looking for a skilled Recruiter to join our team on a long-term contract basis in Minnetonka, Minnesota. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in full-cycle recruitment, preferably within the real estate or property management industry. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to a dynamic organization by identifying and securing top talent.

Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
• Utilize tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter to identify and engage with potential candidates.
• Develop and implement effective hiring strategies tailored to organizational needs.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and ensure alignment in candidate selection.
• Conduct college recruiting initiatives to build pipelines for entry-level talent.
• Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and candidate progress within Paylocity.
• Ensure compliance with all hiring policies and procedures.
• Build strong relationships with candidates to enhance the overall recruitment experience.
• Stay updated on industry trends to refine recruitment strategies and approaches.• Minimum of 2 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting.
• Familiarity with recruitment tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Strong understanding of hiring processes across various roles.
• Proven ability to manage college recruiting programs.
• Experience in the real estate or property management industry is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems like Paylocity.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with team members.
