Salary: $47,000 – $80,000 annually (based on education and experience)

About the Role

KVC Academy is seeking a compassionate and skilled Special Education Teacher to support students with Autism in a highly structured, therapeutic learning environment.

This position goes beyond traditional classroom teaching—you will support the whole child, including assistance with daily living skills such as toileting and self-care, while working closely with a multidisciplinary team focused on learning and healing.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide individualized instruction for students with Autism and complex learning needs
  • Implement IEPs with fidelity in a structured, therapeutic classroom environment
  • Support communication development (including non-verbal and AAC users)
  • Assist with functional life skills, including self-care and independence routines
