Full-Time Physical Therapist (PT) – In-House Rehab Team!

Setting: In-House Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF)

At Blue Palms Health and Rehabilitation Center Daytona Beach, we do things differently. We are proud to operate a 100% in-house therapy department. That means you work directly for our facility, collaborating closely with a dedicated interdisciplinary team that prioritizes patient outcomes over corporate quotas. What You’ll Be Doing:
As our full-time PT, you will lead the charge in restoring mobility, strength, and confidence for our residents.

Evaluate & Treat: Provide comprehensive functional assessments and design targeted, evidence-based treatment plans to address mobility, balance, gait, and pain management.

Innovate: Implement specialized programs (like fall prevention and joint replacement recovery) to ensure our patients achieve their highest possible level of independence and success.

Collaborate: Lead and partner seamlessly with our highly skilled Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs), alongside OTs, SLPs, and nursing teams, to deliver cohesive clinical care.

Educate: Empower patients and their families with the physical tools and knowledge needed for safe discharges and active community integration.

Document: Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in accordance with state, federal, and facility guidelines.
What You Bring to the Table:

Education: Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT preferred).

Licensure: Active (or pending) state PT license in Florida.

Experience: Previous experience in a SNF or adult rehab setting is a plus, but a collaborative mindset and passion for patient care are what matter most.

Skills: Strong clinical reasoning, leadership capabilities, empathy, and excellent communication skills.
