About the Role:

As a Dietitian, you will play a critical role in promoting optimal health and wellness through personalized nutrition care and education. You will assess patients' nutritional needs, develop tailored dietary plans, and collaborate with healthcare teams to support treatment goals. Your expertise will guide individuals in managing chronic conditions, improving recovery outcomes, and enhancing overall quality of life. Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Dietetics, Nutrition, or a related field from an accredited institution.
  • Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) credential from the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR).
  • Licensure or certification to practice as a dietitian in the state of employment, as required.
  • Demonstrated experience in clinical nutrition and dietetics within a healthcare environment.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to educate diverse patient populations.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive nutritional assessments for patients in various healthcare settings.
  • Develop and implement individualized nutrition care plans based on clinical evaluations and patient goals.
  • Provide nutrition education and counseling to patients, families, and healthcare staff.
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust dietary plans as necessary to achieve optimal health outcomes.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to integrate nutrition strategies into overall patient care.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of patient interactions and treatment plans.
  • Stay current with emerging research and best practices in dietetics and clinical nutrition.
