Precision Physical Therapy & Fitness is seeking an outpatient Physical Therapist to join our practice in beautiful Santa Cruz, California. We have full time and part time opportunities in our growing clinics. Spanish speaking applicants are encouraged to apply.

Our team has an orthopedic focus, offering a diverse knowledge base of treatment techniques built around the shared principles of movement science, manual therapy and patient centered care. Precision is the largest private physical therapy practice in Santa Cruz County. Therapist owned and operated, our three locations are newly renovated offering open treatment space as well as private exam rooms and an expertly supportive administrative staff focused on effective customer education. About the Role:
As a Physical Therapist at Precision Physical Therapy & Fitness, you will play a crucial role in helping patients recover from injuries and improve their physical function. Your primary focus will be on developing personalized rehabilitation programs that address the unique needs of each patient, ensuring they achieve optimal recovery outcomes. You will utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques, including manual therapy and exercise prescription, to facilitate healing and enhance mobility. Collaboration with other healthcare professionals will be essential to provide comprehensive care and support for patients with diverse conditions, including orthopedic and sports-related injuries. Ultimately, your expertise will empower patients to regain their independence and improve their quality of life.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Masters of Physical Therapy (MPT) degree from an accredited program.
- Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Physical Therapist.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical abilities and limitations to develop tailored treatment plans.
- Implement and monitor rehabilitation programs, adjusting them as necessary based on patient progress.
- Utilize manual therapy techniques and therapeutic exercises to alleviate pain and improve mobility.
- Educate patients and their families on injury prevention, rehabilitation processes, and home exercise programs.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, documenting treatment progress and outcomes.
