Title: Customer Service Representative
Shift: 1st shift, 7:30am-4pm (M-F) Hybrid work option, 3 days in office, 2 days from home after training period.
Location: Eastlake, OH
Salary: $45k-$50k (+/- depending on experience)
CSR Role:
The candidate will be doing a variety of tasks within the department and are the center of communication externally as well as internally. From making outbound calls, receiving emails and assisting customers - new and existing. The role continuously aims to build relationships and partnerships. The ideal candidate is energetic, detail oriented, good at multitasking and not afraid of taking inbound calls or making outbound calls to customer. They are curious and willing to take the initiative to learn new things and find information when needed. Excellent computer and excel skills are expected. Training on business system will be provided.
CSR Responsibilities:
- Receiving and placing customer service telephone calls
- Maintaining customer relationships by handling questions and concerns with professionalism
- Resolving customer complaints and managing customer records from start to finish
- Manage customer inquiries and returns
- Order and Data entry
- Document and update customer records based on interactions
- Quoting freight (Employee will be trained)

- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
