Solstice Vacation Rentals is a fast-growing vacation rental management company in Superior, WI, dedicated to providing outstanding guest experiences. We manage multiple properties and pride ourselves on cleanliness, efficiency, and attention to detail.
We’re seeking a dependable, motivated cleaner who takes pride in their work. Prior experience is helpful but not required — the right attitude matters most!
Responsibilities
- Clean short-term rental properties between guest stays (bathrooms, kitchens, bedrooms, common areas)
- Take some laundry home, wash, fold, and return linens
- Restock essentials such as toiletries, coffee, and other guest supplies
- Report any damage, maintenance issues, or missing items
- Document cleaning with photos or checklists as needed
- Maintain cleaning supplies and follow safety guidelines
Requirements
- Prior experience cleaning homes, hotels, or vacation rentals is helpful, but not required
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel between properties
- Detail-oriented and able to work independently
- Must take pride in your work and enjoy maintaining high standards
- Comfortable handling laundry off-site
- Strong communication skills and responsiveness
- Flexible schedule, including weekends and occasional short-notice cleanings
