We have an immediate full-time position for a manager of our client services department.
Experience level: Experienced customer service representative who has experience interacting with businesses and the public.
Hours are flexible within reason. No weekends.
Job Requirements:
- Ability to manage a small team of 4, includes hiring, training, reviews, approve time off and payroll for team
- Ability to set up customer contracts and good attention to detail
- Ability to hire and build a preforming team
- Ability to interact with large client and coordinate zoom calls and help with on boarding
- Basic/moderate data entry skills are required, applicants should know how to use email, word, excel, power point and other office applications.
- Candidates must have willingness to learn and be able to navigate basic industry software after in-house training.
- Candidates must be organized and be able to work with other departments to follow and complete projects in a timely manor.
Job Responsibilities:
- Answering inbound calls 5-10 per day when at desk
- Coordinating logistics for our trucks and ltl carriers
- Setting up orders or lots/projects in our system
- Update inbound board for in route pallets
- Working with accounting to insure invoicing and payments happen in a timely manor
