We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Imaging Assistant to support our radiology team. The ideal candidate will assist with patient preparation and provide general clinical support while maintaining a professional, compassionate, and patient-centered experience.


Position: Mammography Imaging Assistant (Full-Time)
Location: On-site Bedford Park
Schedule: MondayFriday, hours vary between 8:00 AM 6:00 PM



Key Responsibilities


  • Greet and guide patients through the mammography process
  • Assist technologists with patient preparation and workflow
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA, confidentiality, and clinical safety standards
  • Stock and maintain exam rooms and supplies
  • Communicate effectively with patients, technologists, and providers
  • Support infection control and safety protocols
  • Assist with clerical and administrative duties as needed

Requirements


  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum one year of experience in a healthcare or medical setting
  • Strong computer skills and time management abilities
  • Excellent patient care and customer service skills

Preferred Qualifications



  • Basic Life Support (BLS) / CPR certification
