THE OPPORTUNITY

Flagstone Roofing & Exteriors is looking for a strategic, high-energy Sales Representative to join our Austin team. In this role, you act as a consultant for homeowners, helping them navigate the complexities of roof replacement and insurance claims. This is for the Trailblazer who can build trust quickly and manage a sales cycle from start to finish.

DETAILED RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prospecting: Building a steady stream of leads through networking and canvassing.
• Inspections: Climbing ladders and walking roofs to document storm damage.
• Negotiation: Presenting solutions and closing deals in the field.
• Urgency: Following up on every opportunity and tracking your own metrics.

THE PAYOFF

• Uncapped Commissions: Earning potential of $10,000–$25,000+ per month.
• Freedom: A 1099 structure that rewards ownership and independence.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

• Valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle.
• Physical ability to climb a ladder and inspect roofs.
• Strong communication skills and a professional appearance.
