Pharmacy Technician – Central Fill
Location Memphis, TN | Onsite
Compensation & Schedule
• $19.00/hour
• Monday–Thursday: 8:00am–6:30pm (Mon) & 9:00am–7:30pm (Tue–Thu)
• Alternate: Mon–Wed & Fri, same hours
• Possible Saturday shifts TBD
ROLE IMPACT
As a Central Fill Pharmacy Technician, you will play a vital role in ensuring accurate and timely medication fulfillment in a high-volume, regulated pharmacy environment. This position supports pharmacists in operational, inventory, and compliance activities—contributing to patient safety, operational efficiency, and regulatory adherence.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Perform manual entry, replenishment, prescription picking, and labeling
• Operate sorting and counting automation and assist in packaging medications
• Support pharmacists in preparation and dispensing of medications
• Receive, stock, and manage inventory and incoming supplies
• Clean equipment, complete documentation, and maintain pharmacy cleanliness
• Follow SOPs and regulatory guidance in all operational procedures
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• 1+ year of pharmacy operations experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Active Tennessee State Pharmacy Technician License (in good standing)
• Reliable transportation to onsite location
CORE TOOLS & SYSTEMS
• Automated counting and sorting systems
• Inventory management software
• Labeling and prescription processing systems
• Microsoft Office Suite (for documentation and communication)
PREFERRED SKILLS
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, regulated environment
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality control
