Job Title: Fleet Shop Helper Mobile Equipment
Earth Resources Corporation (ERC) seeks a Fleet Shop Helper motivated to learn and grow in Heavy Civil Construction. This full-time, on-site role is based at our Dewey, Arizona office and will support business leaders and employees while helping advance ERCs goals and culture. Position Summary:
The Fleet Shop Helper plays a vital support role in the day-to-day operations of the fleet maintenance facility. This entry-level position works under the direction of the fleet manager and experienced mechanics to assist with repairing, servicing, and maintaining heavy mobile equipment. Responsibilities include maintaining a clean and organized shop environment, retrieving parts and tools, cleaning equipment, and performing basic mechanical duties as directed. The goal of this position is to contribute to efficient operations and ensure the equipment is maintained in a ready-to-deploy condition.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist mechanics and technicians with maintenance and repair tasks.
Clean, pressure wash, and prep equipment for service or inspection.
Retrieve and organize tools, equipment, and parts as requested.
Maintain shop cleanliness and organization, including sweeping, trash removal, and tool storage.
Perform basic mechanical work under supervision (e.g., oil changes, fluid checks, tire inflation).
Follow all safety protocols and use personal protective equipment (PPE) appropriately.
Deliver parts or equipment between sites as needed using company vehicles.
Support inventory control and documentation of shop materials and tools.

Job Requirements:
Must be at least 21 years of age.
Must have a clean driving record for the past five (5) years.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
Flexible and responsive to frequent assignment changes throughout the day.
Dependable, punctual, and able to follow verbal and written instructions.
Willingness to work outdoors and in varying weather conditions.
Able to lift and carry heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and stand for long periods.
Basic mechanical aptitude preferred but not required.
Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
