Job Description
Job Description
We're hiring passionate and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) who are ready to do meaningful work - and be genuinely supported while doing it. If you’re looking for a role where your clinical skills are valued, your growth is prioritized, and your autonomy is respected, you’re in the right place. Our team is built around flexibility, mentorship, and a shared commitment to clinical excellence.
What We Offer:
-
Structured Onboarding with Paid Training: Start strong with 13 hours of paid training over your first 6 months, delivered through a cohort model. You'll build both community and skills as you settle into your role.
-
Free Licensure Across States: If you're working towards a full-time position, we’ll cover the cost of getting your LBA in any state, giving you more flexibility to take on cases in various locations under BK Behavior.
-
No Non-Compete & No Minimum/Maximum Caseload: Work on your own terms. There are no restrictive contracts or set caseloads. We trust you to choose what works best for you.
-
Remote, Hybrid, and In-Person Options: We understand that life is unique for everyone, so you can choose a work model that fits your lifestyle and career goals.
-
Competitive Pay Based on Work Model and Location: Rates range from $55–$105/hr, depending on your work model and location. The highest rate of $105/hr is available exclusively to BCBAs working in-person in New York or Maryland.
-
Collaboration instead of Isolation: Work alongside five in-office BCBAs and a dedicated team of interns and fellows who are always there to back you up. Weekly assessment support from Clinical Directors keeps your work grounded in collaboration.
-
Career Growth from Within: We believe in growing talent internally—6 of our Clinical Directors were promoted from BCBA roles within the company.
-
Resources That Make a Difference: You’ll have access to a comprehensive toolkit filled with checklists, video models, and guides, all continuously updated based on your feedback.
-
Opportunities to Lead and Grow: Stay ahead in your field with monthly free CEU sessions that focus on practical, real-world topics. If you're passionate about a particular area, we’ll offer you the training and support to dive deeper, and even give you the chance to lead and present your own CEU sessions to other BCBAs under the BK branch.
-
Strong Professional Network: Build a community through mentorship opportunities and peer advisory groups. Whether you're looking to grow your skills or take on a leadership role, you’ll be part of a supportive network of fellow BCBAs.
-
Paid training and support for your Techs: We offer ongoing training resources to ensure your behavior technicians stay sharp and consistent in their work.
-
Your Schedule, Your Choice - Complete Schedule Flexibility: If you are working part time you have the ability to take control of the cases you work on, allowing you to create a schedule that aligns with your needs and goals.
