Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This contract position spans the complete school year (CSY), offering a chance to make a meaningful difference in the educational experience of children with special needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student's unique learning requirements.
  • Collaborate closely with general education teachers, support staff, and families to create an inclusive and supportive classroom environment.
  • Monitor and document student progress, adjusting teaching strategies to optimize learning outcomes.
  • Utilize specialized instructional techniques and resources to address a diverse range of learning challenges.

  • Valid teaching certification in Special Education.
  • Experience working with elementary-aged students in special education settings.
