Location: Urbana, IL
Work Location: 611 W. Park St, Urbana, IL
Pay Rate: $80.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Hours: 40 hours per week
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Shift: Days

Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and professional Occupational Therapist to evaluate and treat patients of all ages. The Occupational Therapist will provide quality therapy services, serve as a role model in the delivery of professional care, and act as a clinical resource for staff and students.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients of all ages to determine occupational therapy needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Provide occupational therapy services in accordance with professional standards and facility protocols.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Current Illinois Occupational Therapist license.
• Current BLS certification through the American Heart Association.
