We are seeking a dynamic, people-focused Office Manager to join and lead a high-performing insurance agency in Louisville, KY. This is an on-site leadership and sales-driven role ideal for someone who excels in team development, customer relationship management, and operational excellence.
As an integral part of a growing State Farm agency, you will lead a passionate team committed to protecting families, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and achieving ambitious growth goals. Key Responsibilities

Lead by example in daily operations, sales production, client engagement, and professional conduct.

Coach, motivate, and mentor the team to consistently achieve and exceed sales and performance targets.

Represent the State Farm brand professionally both inside the office and within the community.

Build strong, long-term relationships with clients through exceptional service and proactive communication.

Respond promptly to customer inquiries related to insurance products, coverages, billing, and claims.

Foster a team culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous growth.

Work closely with Agency Leadership to develop and execute strategic sales and production goals.
Qualifications

Prior experience in leadership, sales, customer service, or team supervision required (insurance, retail, or service industry preferred).

Property & Casualty License preferred (Life & Health can be obtained after hire).

Strong interpersonal skills - excellent communication, listening, and relationship-building abilities.
