Hours: MondayFriday, 37.5 hours/week
Population: Students with severe disabilities/autism, ages 2 through 22
Job Summary:
A Newark-area district seeks a skilled BCBA to deliver behavior intervention services onsite, support crisis response, and improve outcomes for students with autism and severe needs.
Core Duties:

Implement Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs)

Develop and implement BSPs
-
Provide crisis intervention and de-escalation support
-
Lead IEP behavior goal development
-
Analyze behavior data and update interventions
-
Coach staff in behavior strategies and crisis prevention
Requirements:

Delaware BCBA licensure required
-
Proven success with severe behavior management
-
Masters or Specialist degree in behavior analysis

Excellent crisis and staff collaboration skills
