Responsibilities:
- Provide technical assistance and direct support to headquarters and field management personnel on matters involving quality management.
- Assist in developing, implementing, and monitoring management information systems to improve both long‑ and short‑range quality production processes.
- Serve as a communications bridge among Headquarters, Regional and District leadership, and other Government directorates, ensuring the successful implementation of quality policies and procedures.
- Coordinate and participate in recurring teleconferences, meetings, and communications among field offices, Headquarters, and various stakeholders.
- Prepare reports using detailed statistical analysis to document program activities, production trends, and data integrity outcomes.
- Produce periodic reports for leadership review and distribution.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise:
- Strong analytical and statistical reporting skills.
- Proficiency in quality management practices, production processes, and data integrity protocols.
- Ability to function as a liaison across geographically dispersed teams.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities to support cross‑functional coordination.
- Capacity to work independently, manage competing priorities, and support special projects with minimal oversight.
