Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
This contract opportunity is ideal for a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP), either a Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidate or a certified professional holding the CCC credential. Serving students from elementary through middle school, this role offers a chance to make a meaningful impact in a dynamic educational environment. The assignment runs from ASAP through June 5, 2026, providing stability and ongoing professional engagement.
Position Details:
- Location: Morgan Hill, CA
- Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, 37.5 hours per week with a 30-minute unpaid lunch
- Student Population: Elementary and middle school students
- Work Setting: Onsite at two separate school locations
- Contract Duration: Next school year (NSY)
Responsibilities include delivering comprehensive speech and language therapy services tailored to support student communication needs, collaborating closely with educators and support staff, and contributing to individualized education plans (IEPs). A willingness to work across two school sites ensures variety and engagement throughout the week.
Qualifications:
- Completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) or possession of CCC credential in Speech-Language Pathology
- Strong interpersonal skills and a team-oriented mindset
- Experience with pediatric students in an educational setting preferred but not required
- Commitment to onsite work and flexible collaboration between two locations
