At least 3 years’ administrative office experience
Computer proficiency in MS Office and social media

Exceptional English writing and verbal skills

YOUR ROLE IN THE COMPANY:

Assist team with all administrative tasks
Schedule meetings/appointments and calendar management
Coordinate travel arrangements and assist with the logistics of events
Assist with company newsletter and social media postings
Correspondence, file and supply maintenance
