We are a patient-centered Direct Primary Care (DPC) clinic dedicated to providing high-quality, accessible, and relationship-based healthcare. Our model emphasizes time with patients, preventive care, and a proactive approach to wellness — without the constraints of traditional insurance billing. This clinic will serve the employees of Burlington School District and their families. There may be additional local employers sharing this clinic as well. Providers will have 30 hours per week of clinic time. 4 day work week.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality patient care in an employee health clinic.
- Perform physical examinations and patient assessments
- Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions
- Prescribe medications and treatments
- Conduct procedures such as suturing
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Educate patients and their families on health management
Experience
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner in a clinical setting
- Proficiency in primary care, and urgent care
- Strong knowledge of healthcare systems and practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Current Nurse Practitioner license and certification
