We are seeking a Restaurant Assistant Manager to join our team! Entry level (Supervisors or Shift Leaders welcome to apply). We need a hands-on, guest facing individual who is warm and inviting. Need to be a team player and do what it takes to provide quality service and quality food. This is a very popular BBQ restaurant that is one of the only BBQ restaurants that still cooks from scratch. - Supervise and coordinate all culinary activities
- Oversee guest services and resolve issues
- Ensure a high quality of ingredients and food preparation
- Train and manage kitchen personnel
- Create and adjust staff schedules to meet restaurant needs
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in food service or other related fields
- Strong leadership qualities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
