We’re looking for a Robotic Weld Engineer to lead and optimize automated welding operations onsite at our Tulsa, OK facility. In this hands-on role, you’ll develop, troubleshoot, and enhance robotic weld cells, Fanuc systems, and advanced automation equipment in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll collaborate with engineering, production, and suppliers to improve weld quality, reduce cycle times, and drive continuous improvement. Key responsibilities include programming Fanuc robots, analyzing designs and simulations, and implementing controls architecture for system stability and uptime.


To qualify, you’ll need a bachelor’s degree and at least five years of technical project or program management experience—or equivalent combinations of education and experience. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.


Ideal candidates have experience with Fanuc programming, PLCs (Allen Bradley), electrical troubleshooting, and AutoCAD. Strong project management skills and a data-driven mindset are essential.
