About the Job
As a Client Relationship Manager, you’ll build and maintain collaborative relationships with healthcare clients, securing long-term placement opportunities for foreign-educated healthcare professionals. You’ll serve as a key liaison between MedPro, the client, and foreign-educated clinicians assuring timely starts, compliance with immigration requirements, and overall performance excellence.
What You’ll Do
- Manage and grow relationships with assigned healthcare clients through strong account management skills.
- Understand MedPro’s value proposition and drive client interest in foreign-educated clinicians
- Demonstrate motivation with consistent communication, detailed documentation, and effective listening skills.
- Proactively engage clients to secure orders.
- Manage client follow-up to ensure high submission-to-offer ratios and effective communication.
- Address client feedback and candidate escalations on a timely basis.
- Collaborate with other groups in the department, including the Placement Coordinators, Employee Relations Managers, and clinical team.
- Review and validate candidates submitted by the Placement Coordinator to ensure alignment with client job order requirements—serving as a second set of eyes to confirm qualifications based on skillset, recommendations, and licensure eligibility.
- Collaborate with Placement Coordinators and Employee Relations Managers to align candidate preferences with job opportunities.
- Collaborate with Placement Coordinators to present qualified candidates to clients, acting as a liaison for interview scheduling.
- Provide coverage for interviews as needed, including facilitating interviews via video conferencing tools when appropriate.
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation of all activity as per MedPro standards.
- Collaborate closely with the clinical liaison and clinical teams to align client expectations and ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Engage in daily meetings to align immigration, recruitment focus, and strategic planning.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree and a minimum of 3+ years of recent success in Sales or Account Management experience ; OR 5+ years of relevant Sales or Account Management experience·
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional relationship-building skills
- Ability to multi-task and re-prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Proven success in a high-volume telephone sales position
- Experience navigating a sophisticated CRM System

Compensation
- $65,000 Base Salary, $50,000 Target Incentive
- Weekly Pay
