This is an in-person position - no remote worker applications please.

We are looking for an individual to carry out the following duties:

- Visiting potential customers to gather information for estimating purposes.

- Pricing and ordering construction materials.

- Basic estimating, doing take-offs and calculating quantities of materials, getting prices from sub-contractors.

- Making sure all sub-contractors' paperwork is up to date.

- Site supervision, communicating with Spanish speaking workers, general clerical work and personal tasks for the owner,

We are looking for an individual with the following experience and skills:

  • Experience in construction dealing with vendors and sub-contractors preferred;
  • Able to read basic blueprints, do Take-Offs and calculate quantities.
  • Knowledge of basic geometry.
  • Can calculate accurately.
  • Strong computer skills in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Self-motivated, pro-active, great organizational skills, detail-oriented, accurate, and able to multi-task.
  • Able to meet deadlines and manage schedule.
  • Adaptable to changing priorities, deadlines, and business needs.
  • Must possess excellent customer service skills, strong people skills, and motivational capability.
  • Clear written and verbal communications.
  • Enjoy being part of small team and able to work alone.
  • Willing to take on all kinds of tasks.
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English).
