An opportunity is available for a Registered Nurse with Operating Room experience to provide exceptional perioperative care in a dynamic healthcare environment. Schedule:
- Four 10-hour shifts per week
- Day and evening shifts
- On-call responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive perioperative nursing care to patients undergoing surgical procedures
- Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and surgical teams to ensure patient safety and quality care
- Prepare operating rooms, equipment, and instruments for scheduled surgeries
- Monitor patient status throughout surgery and assist in post-operative care as needed
- Adhere to all infection control and safety protocols
Desired Experience and Qualifications:
- Current RN licensure with experience in Operating Room nursing
- Strong knowledge of surgical procedures, sterilization, and patient monitoring
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to manage stressful situations with professionalism and care
- Availability for flexible scheduling including day, evening, and on-call shifts
