Job Purpose:
The National Sales Manager – MRO & Distribution will drive new and existing business development within the MRO & Distribution channels. This person will develop & maintain solid relationships with the company’s key customers. The responsibilities will be to grow the company’s revenue by ensuring that the customers are satisfied with the services/products provided, identify new business opportunities, handle any customer complaints, work to find solutions to any customer issues and work with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.

- Manage existing MRO, distribution accounts & grow their business
- Knowledge & familiarity of existing MRO property management outfits is preferred
- Communicate with customers to understand their needs and explain product value
- Act as the main point of contact between key customers and the internal teams
- Drive new construction & renovation project sales nationwide
- Target and close new business development opportunities
- Collaborate with channel marketing, sales, and logistic departments to ensure that key customers’ needs are met
- Analyze reports on account progress, goals, and concerns for management
- Communicate product forecast changes to the Forecasting/Purchasing Team
- Resolve complaints and prevent additional issues by improving processes
- Ability to successfully manage and work with an existing rep group focused on MRO & Distribution
- Identify industry product trends
- Understand the benefits and challenges of a sourcing organization and grow sales significantly, but scalable
- Deliver sales target annually
Requirements:
Education:
· Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field.
Experience:
· Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, sales, or related field.
· 5-7 years of MRO or related sales experience
· Familiarity with the MRO renovation sales teams & process
· Proven experience in key account management
· Ability to handle multiple accounts

· Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications as well as CRM NetSuite software
