We are seeking a highly motivated and professional Client Relationship Manager to join our team in Madison, WI. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery and long-lasting business relationships. You will work closely with both internal teams and external partners to understand staffing needs, provide strategic guidance, and promote client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients

  • Act as the liaison between clients and internal staffing teams

  • Monitor account activity and ensure the delivery of quality staffing services

  • Identify client needs and provide customized workforce solutions

  • Conduct regular check-ins, feedback sessions, and performance evaluations

  • Resolve client issues promptly and effectively

  • Collaborate with business development to support client expansion

  • Prepare reports, track metrics, and provide insights for continuous improvement

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)

  • 2+ years of experience in client management, account coordination, or staffing preferred

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities

  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and meet deadlines

  • Proficiency in MS Office; CRM experience is a plus

  • A customer-first attitude and professional demeanor
