What You'll Do: Key Responsibilities
As a Barista at Jolt, you'll be at the heart of our customer experience. Your day-to-day will include: - Preparing and serving a variety of beverages, including coffee, teas, smoothies, and our signature Jolt Aura energy drinks. - Providing exceptional customer service by greeting guests with a smile and helping them customize their drinks to perfection. - Maintaining a clean and organized workspace to ensure every drink is made with care. - Assisting with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed. - Working collaboratively with your team to create a welcoming and fun environment for both customers and staff.
What We're Looking For: Skills and Qualifications
To thrive in this role, you should bring: - At least 1 year of experience as a barista or in a similar customer-facing role. - A passion for coffee, tea, and creating memorable customer experiences. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with customers and teammates alike. - A positive attitude and the ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. - Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality beverages every time.
