Full-time agents and eligible dependents may qualify for a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, long-term disability, and group life insurance. Benefits are subject to eligibility requirements and plan provisions.

Compensation:

$135,000+


Responsibilities:

  • Lead client workshops and educational seminars, delivering personalized financial guidance based on individual risk tolerance, goals, and long-term objectives.
  • Help clients implement comprehensive financial strategies, including life insurance, savings programs, mutual funds, and other solutions that strengthen overall financial security.
  • Analyze and manage client financial data within the CRM to assess current positions, cash flow, goals, and future projections.
  • Build and expand client relationships through social media, targeted marketing initiatives, and professional networking, establishing yourself as a trusted financial resource.
  • Develop and execute customized financial plans tailored to each client’s unique needs, leveraging a full range of products and services.
