What You'll Be Doing
- Provide in-home and community-based therapy for youth (ages 10–17) and their families
- Use strength-based, culturally responsive interventions tailored to each family
- Partner with caregivers, schools, and community supports to create sustainable change
- Work independently with strong team backing when needed
- Maintain a manageable caseload for quality, not quantity
- Participate in weekly supervision and ongoing development
Who You Are
- Licensed in New Mexico (LMHC, LMFT, LMSW, LISW, LPC, LPCC, LCSW) – Preferred but not required
- Clinically confident with strong judgment and real-world experience
- Deeply culturally aware and respectful of diverse communities
- Comfortable working independently while staying connected to a team
- A calm, steady presence someone who listens first and leads with empathy
- Passionate about meeting people where they are literally and emotionally
